The gym challenge for May was a sit up challenge.
The aim of the challenge was to get the most sit ups in 90 seconds, lots of members and the team had a go at the challenge, whilst there was some controversy over reps the winners came out as member Ben with 109 reps and team member Pippa with 90 reps who both received a Goody bag packed with Supplements.
We find these challenges are a great way of bringing the Fierce community together and we vary them between Strength and Cardio focused, we welcome suggestions from our members and the team on new challenges.
