Powerlifters - We've got you with over 1000kgs of Calibrated plates (Eleiko and Strength Shop) 
Eleiko competition combo rack and bar, IPF approved Primal Strength combo rack and Strength Shop combo rack plus various specialist power bars and a monolift.

Strongman - With Atlas stones ranging from 20kg to 220kg, a yoke, farmers handles, dinnie stone handles, a range of loadable dumbbells and logs, axle bars, cambered bars, a shield and a car in the gym we have plenty of equipment to meet your training needs.

We have a floor of Watson and Hammer strength equipment to cover all muscle groups and split into dedicated Chest, back, shoulders and legs sections.

Our dumbbells range from 1kg up to 105kg plus we have rolling thick grip dumbbells from 3kg to 50kg

Upstairs hosts our cardio equipment which includes Stairmasters, treadmills, bikes, rowers, ski-ergs, cross trainers and more... We also have a large rig with 4 more lifting stations, ropes and rings as well as monkey bars, kettlebells, assault bikes, tyres to flip, Hyrox sleds and wall balls, other sleds, more dumbbells and an Ab section this space is perfectly equipped for all your needs.

This is where we also hold most of our classes .

In addition to this we have a spin studio, another large mirrored studio, a sunbed room, treatment rooms and changing rooms with rainfall showers and GHD's.

We stock a variety of cold energy and non stim drinks as well as coffee and hot chocolate, we sell protein bars and GSN meals that you can eat in our cafe area or take away.
