On Monday 22nd January Fierce Personal Trainer Rachel hosted a nutrition seminar which was free to Fierce members, the course was aimed at covering off basic nutrition in relation to training and was well attended and received by our members.
Rachel covered off nutrition myths and answered lots of questions to help those attending better understand macros and the different food groups.
We look forward to putting on more of these seminars with the next one set to cover Women’s Health and the Menopause.
