We had our second open day of the year and invited guests to come to the gym and train for free, in addition to this we ran 2 competitions to win 3 months membership. One of which was won by a member the other by a non-member who visited us on the open day.
As well as the membership competition we had an assault bike in reception for a 20kcal time challenge (under 12 seconds for men, under 20 seconds for women) those who completed the challenge each got a goody bag.
We also had a DJ in for the whole day to keep the energy high and were visited from lots of people some of whom had travelled for hours to come and visit us.
Team member Connie was in to capture the day and produce a video of the range of people we had in training, from strongmen, powerlifters, bodybuilders to those just interested in general fitness or wanting to have a go on some of the equipment.
